Training

Learning Network for Marine Conservation, also called as Capacity Building and Learning Network for Chinese Ocean NGOs, is funded by the Small Grants Program (SGP) of United Nations Development Programme – Global Environmental Fund (UNDP-GEF). This project was initiated by Shanghai Rendu Ocean NGO Development Center, and supported by He Yi Institute and PACT. This project aims to improve the general knowledge about ocean and executive capability of grassroot NGOs. Meanwhile, through the exchange and cooperation between the NGOs, we also expect more resources would be introduced to facilitate Chinese marine conservation.

The 2nd offline training will be held at 2017 China Ocean NGO Forum. This training will focus on project arrangement, including how to design, execute, and evaluate a project as a marine conservation NGO. Partners will have information-sharing on their experiences of project management, and will get hands-on guidance and advisory from experts invited to the training. We will ensure that you get much inspiration and enlightenment through this forum.

(This training is open to the members of Learning Network for Marine Conservation. For more information, please email to: wuyan@renduocean.org)
